As a truly locally-owned independent repair shop (meaning we are not owned by shareholders or controlled by suits in a boardroom) the technical work and customer service you receive when you come here is priority #1. Our shop culture is one where everyone that works under that roof is “all in”, no matter what they’re doing at any given moment. Lee demonstrates that on the daily. Hi Slappy, Thanks for your feedback. We care deeply about our staff and are currently installing a system that hopefully makes airflow better in the shop and allows our technicians to work and breathe in a safer, more comfortable environment, especially when it gets hot. There is no air conditioning and it gets *really* hot back there. With that said, we also want to be good stewards of this neighborhood and we’ve tried to keep these disruptions to a minimum by (1) scheduling our contractor only a few hours a day and (2) knowing that the “T-alley” orientation of this block allows multiple entry and exit routes which, if a truck is temporarily needed behind our building, that alley traffic can still come and go. If you have any questions or need immediate access, simply give us a call at 651-690-2050 and we’ll be happy to ask anyone to move their vehicles. We’re sorry for the inconvenience it may have caused but we assure you it won’t take much longer. 🫶🏼

Thanks for dropping in Luca! A lot of times we can work the schedule around to accommodate a quick walk-in or something simple if we have the staff available. We hope your wait was comfortable as we just got that A/C installed last week - it makes a huge difference!

Love to hear this! Communication is certainly the key, no doubt. Sometimes, we do in fact want you to come back (free of charge) to follow up and make sure that certain things are working as designed, or in some cases, to catch the culprit that might be causing issues. We like to be thorough and make sure we know the whole story before suggesting any repairs. We don’t throw parts at a problem, our goal is to find the source. Enjoy your 4th, Chlexa! 🎆

In your case as a business owner, when your work vehicles go down, not only can it cause a headache (or a migraine in some cases) but it also costs you money. We get that and we firmly believe that we can handle most repairs in a day or two so that you’re back in action and work continues. We love being the team that maintains a family’s fleet, and no doubt it can be dizzying maintaining a handful of vehicles throughout the year. The key is communication and we never push anything that’s not pressing. By prioritizing things, it becomes much more manageable.
